(I used the quarter of the pan to cook the sausage and the rest of the pan for mushrooms)
In the same pan, add oil (if needed) and the mushrooms, being careful not to crowd the pan. Season with salt and pepper.
Let the mushrooms and sausage cook for 3 to 5 minutes, undisturbed.
Stir/turn the mushrooms and sausage.
Add tomatoes, close the pan with the lid, after 2 minutes, remove the mushrooms.
Continue to cook tomatoes and sausage for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Add Everyday BBQ Sauce, close the pan with the lid.
Deglaze the pan with water, and stir. Let it cook for 2 to 5 minutes, It’s important that the tomatoes don’t burst while cooking. So try not to overcook.
