Instructions
Preheat oven to 150℃.
Using a 30cm bowl add all the dry ingredients, stir to mix.
Add coconut oil, honey and egg white. Stir until everything is combined well.
Coat a baking tray with a baking spray. Then, spread onto a baking tray and flatten evenly.
Bake for 15 minutes, then turn everything over in large sections, using a spatula. Spread out and flatten evenly again.
Repeat the above step three to four times.
Remove the pan from oven, and turn everything over in large sections. Leave it to cool completely.
Transfer into airtight containers.
