Homemade Granola

Ingredients

  • 300 g Rolled Oats not instant
  • 2 Handfuls Coconut Flakes
  • ½  Cup  Brown Sugar
  • ½  Cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • ½  Cup Sunflower Seeds
  • ½  Cup Dried Cranberries
  • ½  Cup Coconut Oil melted
  • ¼ Cup Honey
  • 2/3  Cup Nuts

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 150℃.
  • Using a 30cm bowl add all the dry ingredients, stir to mix.
  • Add coconut oil, honey and egg white. Stir until everything is combined well.
  • Coat a baking tray with a baking spray. Then, spread onto a baking tray and flatten evenly.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, then turn everything over in large sections, using a spatula. Spread out and flatten evenly again.
  • Repeat the above step three to four times.
  • Remove the pan from oven, and turn everything over in large sections. Leave it to cool completely. 
  • Transfer into airtight containers.
