Preheat oven to 190℃
Rinse the potatoes and tomatoes, set aside.
Mix olive oil, harissa paste, tomato sauce, garlic, onion flakes, smoked paprika, salt and pepper, stir.
Put the chicken pieces inside the baking tray, drizzle little olive oil. Add the potatoes, then the harissa mixed paste. Rub the past on the chicken and potatoes. Add tomatoed and arrange everything well for roasting.
Season with salt and pepper.
Roast for 30 minutes, after 30 minutes baste the chicken and turn the potatoes.
Return it to the oven, roast for 30 more minutes.
Baste it again before serving.
Serve with salad, and enjoy.
