A tried and tested foolproof method of baking perfect muffins at home.
I’ve included a ciabatta recipe because my friend loves it, since prices have gone up, she’s been unable to buy it. I tried not to complicate the recipe so she can make it too.
I made this open sandwich after the hike, and thought it will be good to share, as I enjoyed it a lot.
Experts say that tomatoes are sweet, I’m not sure if it’s just my palate, but I’ve never eaten a sweet tomato or grown one that’s naturally sweet. Although I can’t really describe the actual taste of tomatoes, I know that they can be sweet when cooked with sugar or salt, they are acidic and savoury too.

I have new found respect for professional filmmakers. Every time I edit, I wonder how do they compress (edit) over a thousand of hours of shooting into two hours for a movie.
